Instructions released for Class V, VIII exams
BHOPAL [Maha Media]: AS PER amendments under the Right to Free and Compulsory Education (RTE) Act in the academic session 2019-20, Rajya Shiksha Kendra has given various instructions regarding conduct of class V and VIII Board examinations 2020.
Various instructions have been given in regards to allotment of budget in the districts for the smooth conduct of the examinations. This has to be done as per the determined schedule set by the Kendra.
Annual Examination Management System for class V and VIII had also been released by the Kendra earlier. It has been instructed to all district education officials to download the list of students of class V and VIII and school heads from the Annual Examination Management System module and forward it to the entire primary and middle schools.
The department has stated that examination work is extremely vital and so Annual Examination Management System time line activities have to be completed within the scheduled time in the schools.
Thus, the master data can be given final form and admit cards and examination results may be released accurately and timely. All the district education officials, district project coordinators and block level resource coordinators are asked by the department for better coordination in execution of this work.
As per the set schedule, examination centre selection and sitting arrangements along with Mapping of school and students along with examination centres were to be done on February 7.
Appointment of examination centre in-charge and assistant invalidators had to be done on February 12. Admit card distribution to the students is being done in between of February 20 to 28. Selection of evaluation centres was scheduled on February 20. The evaluation work and data entry will be done in between of March 30 to April 10.
