MPBSE to release admit card of examinees today
BHOPAL [Maha Media]: Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) would release admit cards of high school and higher secondary examinees for their final exams on its portal on January 25.
The board has asked principals of schools to download the admit cards of all regular and private students of their institutes and verify the subject code. The board said that if there is any mistake in admit card, then school principal can apply for rectification by January 31. After January 31, any applications for rectification in admit cards would not be entertained.
The board will be releasing OMR sheet of examines as per information mentioned in the admit card. For internal and practical exams, OMR sheets will be provided to the school principal and centre in-charge on their authorised login id. MPBSE has provided an opportunity of rectification in admit cards, examination forms of students for both class X and XII examinees by January 31. Marks for internal evaluation and practical exams will be entering via online mode. The board has also asked school principals to ensure tri-monthly and halfyearly examination score of students from class IX to XII (session 2021-22) on portal by January 31.
The board has asked all schools to upload the data in given time period as offline marks entry will not be entertained. Online entry facility will remain available for class IX students who is unable to enter the marks after failing class IX exam, class IX and XI students who could not enrolled after changing the schools in admission list. This facility will also be available for 6,500 students appeared for high school special exam/ supplementary exam 2021 and their name could not be enrolled in class XI via online mode. Unique id and password has been distributed to the school for data upload. SED is making this preparation under its plan B to release the final result of students.
If COVID cases surge by February and the State Government does not allow conducting exam of students, result of students will be declared based on previous exam performance.
